Island Construction is here to help you with whatever you need on the lake and beyond. Our core crew handles building, maintenance and day-to-day odd jobs. And our long list of associated teams takes care of any special needs that arise. We’re a one-call company that will always manage your project the way you expect.
Construction
We handle all aspects of your build, from excavation to the finishing touches and everything in between. Complicated repairs are a specialty in our diverse set of skills. We enjoy building on the islands and creating the camp feel with modern amenities. We utilize modern building techniques, current insulation practices and green building.
Property Management
We undertake contracts to simply open and close your camp, all the way to rental management. We'll create a plan that best manages and cares for your property. We provide year-round general maintenance, dock installation and removal, winterization, spring opening and cleaning, aqua-therm installation and monitoring, winter checks (including photos), and roof shoveling.
Material Delivery
Do you need something moved to or from your camp? We can take care of that. Examples include new appliance installations, furniture deliveries, and the removal of items from the island to the mainland.
Docks
We cover all dock-related services. We build new docks, repair and replace old docks, and install and remove seasonal docks, including breakwaters. We also build and repair boat houses and any other features associated with docks.
Landscaping
We perform all types of landscaping, from new hardscapes to the maintenance of your existing yard. We also provide spring cleanup, mowing and flowerbed building. We’d love to build a raised bed for your dock.
Permitting
Our team of professionals can handle surveying and permitting for all projects. We'll also be happy to review the plans that your own designer or architect has drawn.
Design
We have a team of designers to help you plan your addition or new build.
Septic
Our team can handle anything related to septic including the planning process, installation, and maintenance.
